and bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks Online
Requirements

• 1–3 years of administrative
experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing reports,
documentation, and
correspondence
• Manage office supplies and
inventory tracking
• Perform daily bookkeeping and
financial entries using QuickBooks

• Provide general administrative
support to staff and management
• Oversee basic HR functions and
employee record-keeping
