Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Cost Controller to support cost control and inventory management functions. The role involves analyzing cost and inventory data, identifying variances, and assisting management with accurate reporting and cost efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be familiar with financial and inventory systems, and be willing to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring operational costs and inventory controls
• Analyze cost and inventory data and provide clear insights and conclusions
• Support the preparation of cost reports and variance analysis
• Assist with stock verification, inventory counts, and maintaining system accuracy
• Coordinate closely with purchasing, stores, and finance teams
• Travel to company locations when required

Requirements:

• Background in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Basic experience in cost control, accounting, or inventory management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and financial/inventory systems
• Flexible and willing to travel when required
