We are currently seeking talented and skilled members to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payments as instructed
- Daily reconciliation and petty cash updating
- GST BPT entry and submission works
- Updating entries in QuickBooks and make necessary financial reports
- Managing and entering Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts finalization
- Assisting Senior Accountants with various tasks, including preparing records and statements.
Requirements
- Advance Level Certificate (Accounts)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and in particular)
- Basic experience in similar works as added advantage
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
Starting Salary: MVR7000 (USD 450)
