Position: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Key duties:
- Coordinating maintenance requirements of the leased properties & responding to queries from potential clients.
- Coordinating maintenance of company outlets.
- Marketing vacant apartments, intermediating negotiations and ensure full occupancy in all properties.
- Keeping all related administrative works updated.
- Following up and completing collection by 5th of the month.
- To establish strong channels of communication with all tenants and clients.
- Manage issues related to staff accommodation.
- Providing administrative assistance to Executive Office and HR.
- Managing hotline, finding and following up on leads that are real estate related.
- Assisting with the development of real estate sector.
Desirables:
- Minimum GCE A/L completed with 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Very STRONG communication skills with ability to finding and negotiating on leads.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Result Oriented, Team player with a “driven to succeed” attitude.
- Must be Computer literate.
- Flexible to work under pressure and long hours
- Must have a valid Maldivian Driving license and cycle.
Remuneration:
- Starting remuneration will be between MVR 10,000 to 12,000 depending on qualification and experience.
- Selected candidate will be given the chance to negotiate salary on successful completion of probation. Highest factor in determining remuneration increment will be an extremely positive performance
