MAPS College is seeking a full-time ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR to oversee the coordination of one of its programmes. Applicants should have excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a role requiring excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Experience within the education industry would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination of one programme of study at MAPS College.
- Support students through clear, regular communication and problem solving
- Ensure student records and assessment results are maintained effectively, with the support of the student service team
- Liaise with lecturers to ensure smooth timetabling and delivery of the programme, and management of assessments and marking
- Engage with staff and students to identify areas for improvement in course coordination and delivery
Remuneration:
MVR 18,000 - 20,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
