ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (LOCALS ONLY)

Work Place: SunFront Head Office, Male'.

REQUIRMENTS:

  • Must have minimum GCE Advance level or equivalent standard
  • Must have minimum 3 years working experience in a similar role mentioned in job description.
  • Must be fast and efficient in completing tasks.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in English & Dhivehi communication skills (Both written & verbal)
  • Must be proficient in using MS office (World, Excel, and Outlook) and fast in typing.
  • Must be physically fit & healthy for this type of employment environment.
  • Preferred age: 25-40 years.
  • Nationality: Maldivians ONLY

MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide clerical & administrative support to HR & Admin team.
  • Complete, update and maintain employee records.
  • Maintain expatriate quota, work permit, visa and other records via Expat System.
  • Draft and type letters & other literature in both Dhivehi & English language.
  • Handle Front Office operations & team as per the Manager’s instructions.
  • Provide support to manage foreign staff medicals & other emergency requirements.
  • Assist in other day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions & duties.

Remunerations:

  • MVR 15,000.00 - 17,000.00(Based on qualifications experience)

Working Hours: (Saturday to Thursday)

  • Normal working hours: 08:00hrs to 18:00hrs (1hr lunch break provided)
  • Should be willing to attend other important & emergency matters during off hours.
