Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Administrative and Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

 

• Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and office management.

• Handle sales inquiries and process orders efficiently.

• Respond to client queries on social media and maintain an active online presence.

• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.

• Support the sales team with client follow-ups and lead generation.

• Maintain and update customer databases.

• Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.

• Provide general support to visitors and handle office correspondence.

 

Requirements:

 

• Proven experience in administrative and sales roles (internships and part-time work considered).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Pos Software's.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience with social media platforms and customer engagement.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration or sales are a plus.
