Scope of Work:
1. Assisting Executive office, HR & Admin department with the daily administrative works.
- Assisting with the daily administrative tasks of the Executive office.
- Prepare monthly timesheets, assist with Work permit and visa related works.
2. Manage administrative works of real estate. This includes:-
- Coordinating maintenance requirements of the leased properties & responding to queries from potential tenants.
- Displaying and marketing the vacant apartments to potential tenants, intermediating the negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions and ensure full occupancy of all apartments in all properties.
- Assist with the paper works & following up on monthly payments.
Requirements: -
- Minimum GCE A’ Level Qualification with 1-2 years of work experience in a similar post.
- Competent use of MS Office Programs.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Have a valid Driving License and a Motorcycle.
- Work experience in a real estate field is not a must but will be considered as a bonus during application evaluation.
- Result oriented with a “Can do attitude”
- Have a valid Driving License and a Motorcycle.
Remuneration: - MVR 8,000 –9,500.00
