Responsibilities

Manage emails, letters, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

Communicating with customers via phone, email, and through social media platforms.
Creating marketing materials
Advertising the establishment
Maintaining and handling all the social media handles
Conduct Market research and gather insights
Organize and execute promotional activities
Other works given to handle
