Position: Admin Assistant
Work site: Palm Tree Marine Office
Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies and place orders when required
• Maintain attendance report of all staff and update it daily
• Maintain an organised filing system
• Prepare, modify and send out official correspondences such as memos, reports, emails, and letters
• Liaise with other departments to handle administrative tasks that may be given by the senior staff
Qualifications and Experience:
• Completed GCE A'Level with a minimum of 3 passes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dhivehi
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well within a team
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills
• Prior knowledge of MYOB Accounting System will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
Remuneration: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
