We are currently seeking for well motivated individuals to join Pro Employment Agency Pvt Ltd. The responsibilities of the Admin and HR Assistant are as follows:
1.Receive and process communication channels, including email, phone, and physical documents.
2.Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
3.Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
4.Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
5.Other Administrative/HR assignments relevant to the job.
