We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts & Inventory Assistant. This position is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role ensures smooth operations across purchasing, stock control, and financial reporting, contributing to efficient retail and wholesale activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Provide assistance to senior managers with various tasks such as data entry and preparing financial reports
- Regularly update stock data from accounting system
- Schedule and perform systematic checks of inventory
- Efficiently locate and retrieve items from stock as requested by other departments or customers
- Maintain a well-organized stockroom by categorizing items and labelling shelves
- Continuously assess current stock management practices and propose improvements to enhance efficiency
- Conduct unscheduled, random counts of specific stock items to ensure ongoing accuracy
- Analyse sales data and inventory trends to determine the optimum stock levels
- Oversee the reordering process for all retail shops to ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
