Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Inventory Officer to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks while also managing inventory. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing reports. This role requires strong numerical skills, accuracy, and ensures smooth operations across purchasing, stock control, and financial reporting, contributing to efficient retail and wholesale activities. A successful candidate will contribute to smooth financial operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Support monthly bank reconciliations and other financial reconciliations
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Assist with internal audits and compliance tasks
• Provide general support to the Finance Department as required
• Regularly update stock data from accounting system
• Schedule and perform systematic checks of inventory
• Efficiently locate and retrieve items from stock as requested by other departments or customers
• Analyse sales data and inventory trends to determine the optimum stock levels
