The Accountant will be responsible to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports, profit and loss statements and unitize appropriate accounting control procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing accounting information
- Documentation of financial transactions by entering accounting information
- Recommending financial actions after analyzing accounting options
- Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other financial reports.
- Substantiating financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Providing financial reports and presenting to the Management.
- Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guiding the Accounts department’s staff by coordinating tasks and activities.
- Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Receiving daily sales, verification, and reconciliation in addition to arranging bank deposits.
- Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.
- Preparation of payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Ensuring compliance to the government’s rules and regulations by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Requirement:
- ACCA Applied Skills Level or Strategic Professional Level or in a related field
- SAP Qualified/ Expertise in SAP
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ work experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
