•Carry out day-to-day operations of Fixed
Assets and Financial Reporting.
•Accurate and timely recording of transactions - Bookkeeping.
•Assist to develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, and ensure adherence to company guidelines Keep track of payments relating to fixed asset acquisition and maintenance of the
company.
•Keep track of the contracts and
agreements related to fixed assets of the
company.
•Keep track of funds and prepare daily/monthly fund summary.
•Verification and posting of transactions.
•Establish, maintain and reconcile general
ledger.
•Carry out month-end and year-end
procedures.
•Maintain and update records and
information in the accounting system and
carry out system reconciliation.
•Assist to prepare analysis, interpret and maintain accurate financial statements,
reports and information.
•Assist in preparing a financial budget, and reports as required.
•Assist with the annual audit.
•Maintain financial files and records.
•Any other additional responsibility
assigned by the HOD from time to time.
