Account Assistant
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum G.C.E A Level or Diploma in a related field
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dhivehi
- Should be punctual
- Should be flexible, highly motivated and willing to work long hours
- Experience in a similar field will be an added advantage
Job Description:
- Maintain & record petty cash transactions throughout the day
- Prepare cheques & other necessary bank letters & slips
- Enter transfers for payment of invoices when necessary
- Maintain proper bookkeeping to ensure all financial reports are balanced
- Assist the Accountant with preparation of financial reports
- Provide support in any other matters as directed by the Chief Financial Officer
Salary: 9,000-12,000/- Depending on Qualification and experience
