Student Requirements

• Maldivian resident
• Age 15–64 (under 18 requires parental consent).
• Able to communicate in Dhivehi and English.
• Computer literate.
• Unemployed, OR if employed earning no more than MVR 9,200 gross monthly salary.
• Not receiving other trainings, scholarships or support from World Bank–funded programmes.
