Agency Operation - Vessel Operation Assistant Manager

We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our Agency & Vessel Operations team. Candidates with strong knowledge in vessel husbandry and port operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle vessel agency operations and coordinate port activities
Manage vessel husbandry services including crew changes, provisions, bunkering, and documentation
Liaise with port authorities, clients, and service providers
Ensure smooth turnaround of vessels and timely service delivery
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
Executive: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in vessel/agency operations
Assistant Manager: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in vessel husbandry operations is essential
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple vessels/tasks
Good knowledge of port procedures and documentation
Computer literacy (MS Office, reporting systems)
