Maintain good relationship with the guests ensuring they are well entertained.
Perform assigned duties such as greeting the guest, preparing drinks in the bar, serving the guests.
Manage assigned dining room section, guide, correct and help other Team Members working on your section for smooth F&B service.
Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Clear & Reset Up tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
Set up station and table to ensure they are complete and perform various relevant duties to the function as assigned by the Restaurant or Bar Manager.
Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
Is entirely flexible and adaptable to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Department or any other Department of the resort as assigned.
Is fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the resort.
Perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests as per the standards..
Ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
Has a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
