Job Description

Zaha Travels is hiring a motivated, customer-focused Travel Expert to help travelers discover unforgettable journeys. If you enjoy guiding clients, designing travel experiences, and closing bookings this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to travel inquiries via messages, emails, and phone calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, resorts, itineraries, and inclusions.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining service quality.
• Assist customers before and after booking to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Maintain accurate inquiry and sales records in line with company procedures.

 

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Customer-centric mindset with confidence in sales and negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on destinations and travel products.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
