SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, CARDS & PAYMENT SYSTEMS (1) / TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
Job Scope
Provide first level support for the Card Management System, and matters related to payment networks, ATMs, POS and related systems and devices. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues related to the mentioned systems and devices. Manage internal customer enquiries of application systems and escalate to L2 or external support parties for resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned daily activities in the Unit.
- Monitor the Bank’s Card Management System, and matters related to payment networks, ATMs, POS and related systems and devices.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve first-level issues related to the Bank’s Card Management System, payment networks, ATMs, POS and related systems and devices.
- Attend to, maintain, update and manage communications related daily support tickets on the ticketing system.
- Escalates level 2 and urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal or external resources.
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors and other parties to smoothly facilitate project activities and resolve incidents.
- Ensure all work and activities are carried out in accordance with the Bank’s IT policies and guidelines.
- Assist in the implementation of e-banking solutions, payment card systems and infrastructure, including card production and personalization systems, issuance systems, as well as payment card acceptance systems, ATMs and POS terminals.
- Assist in the administration of the Card Management System, ATM, POS, card personalization systems, Cardholder Data Environment, HSMs, and related infrastructure and lead changes for various business requirements.
- Participate in projects related to e-banking, payment card schemes, ATMs, POS and related systems.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to stay informed of the latest digital banking and payment cards trends and best practices.
- Provide support in gathering information and resolving problems identified in audits.
Requirements
- Diploma in related field OR,
- Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
- Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 year of work experience
- Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
- Fluency in Oral and written Communications
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Good team builder and player with excellent organizational and relationship skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
