Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Address emergency maintenance issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Good communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.
