Maldives Business School is seeking a dedicated and professional Student Relations Officer. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for students by providing support and managing communication across various channels, including phone calls, emails, and messaging apps like Viber and Telegram.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills. You will manage student inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle administrative tasks such as updating attendance records, managing exam-related issues, and coordinating certificate dispatches. The role requires proficiency in technology and the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on unresolved matters to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to students.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using communication tools (Viber, Telegram, email) and student management systems.

Working Conditions:
