About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the operations of our apparel store in Hulhumale.
The role requires a strong focus on sales, overseeing marketing driven through online platforms and direct client engagement. The Store Manager will nurture existing client relationships, actively pursue new business opportunities, and lead the store team to achieve sales targets while representing the values and vision of the Toddy brand
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Management
- Manage sales across all channels, including the retail store, wholesale, resort accounts, online store, and other sales platforms.
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing resort and local clients.
- Generate and analyse month end sales reports to identify top-performing products and sales trends.
- Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C opportunities through networking, exhibitions, online platforms, and direct client engagements.
- Attend face-to-face meetings with resort buyers and key stakeholders to build lasting relationships.
- Maintain clear communication between the sales team and management.
- Business Development & Marketing
- Oversee marketing initiatives including digital campaigns and promotions to ensure they boost customer engagement and align with sales targets.
- Manage and oversee brand operations ensuring projects, workflows, and task management systems are effectively maintained and optimized across teams.
- Represent the brand and generate new business leads at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, networking and pop-up events.
- Store Operation and Inventory
- Oversee daily store operations, including deliveries, store customer service, cash handling and reconciliation.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the brand's e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage store inventory, including stock ordering, replenishment, stock counts, and inventory accuracy across all sales channels.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product displays align with brand standards, ensuring an organised and welcoming retail environment
- Mentor, coach, and support junior staff, fostering a positive, high-performing sales culture.
- Lead the team in achieving sales targets while maintaining operational excellence.
- Flexibility & Independence
- Work independently without constant supervision, showing initiative in driving sales.
- Flexible with working hours and travel, including evenings and weekends, to meet client and business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in retail management and sales (fashion/apparel experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Working Hours: Saturday – Thursday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
