Job Description

Objective

As a senior memember of Finance-Stores, you will be responsible to order and manage the stock required for the smooth operation of the Resort, with strict standard of hygiene. Additionally Store Manager must maintain statistical and financial records, administering stock control and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements;

• Hardworking with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Material Control.
• Ability to work extended hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate stock balances to refect the balances as highlighted in books of accounts.
• Manage and supervise the Storekeepers and guide them to perform their job efficiently.
• Constantly check food and beverage items for the quality and for the expiry date of the products.
• Ensure that stores are always kept clean in a well-organized manner, clearly marked and categorized.
• Assist the Food and Beverage Cost Controller and Inventory Controller during month end stock takes.
• Maintain proper filling system in the stores section and prepare relevant reports.
