Completed GCE O’ Level
Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant work experience
Maldivians preferred
Job Specification
Ensure that the cleaning schedule created for the kitchen is maintained and adhered to.
Soak, pre-wash, wash, sort and store all food & beverage operating equipment properly and according to the standards set by the Chief Steward.
Distribute all clean equipment to the designated shelving.
Keep dishwashing machine in a clean and functional state ad report any apparent defect to immediate supervisor real time.
Keep dishwashing ware, all cleaning equipment, respective pot washing area, refrigerators, and the kitchen area in general tidy and hygienic at all times.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor, or by the Executive Chef.
