Job Description

- Must hold a valid license (outboard)
- Must hold a valid Certificate in coastal navigation
- Must be strictly punctual
- Must be well-versed to sea
- Must have technical boat maintenance skills
- Must be physically fit and well-groomed
- Able to communicate well with peers and guests
- Ability to take responsibility and work under pressure
- Previous experience in resort transport will be an added advantage
