Job Description

We're Hiring: Speed Boat Captain

We are seeking experienced and responsible Captains to operate and manage our speed boats. The ideal candidates will ensure safe navigation, uphold high standards of service, and maintain the vessel in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the speed boat (Dhoni/Launch) safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from Management or Department Head.
- Report to duty on time and maintain professional appearance.
- Supervise crew attendance and uniform standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the vessel at all times.
- Uphold safety standards and emergency procedures.
- Assist sick guests and staff during transport.
- Handle and arrange luggage inside the vessel.
- Participate in routine docking, cleaning, and painting tasks.

Qualifications Required:

- Valid licenses: A, B, C, D & G
- Proven experience in operating speed boats or similar vessels.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of maritime safety regulations.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours.
