Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Shop Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Maintain product displays and ensure the shop is clean and organized
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
