Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, competent, and committed individuals for the following post

 

Post: Sales and Marketing Manager

 

Qualification and requirements:

 

• Candidate should possess a minimum of 2 year qualification in the field of sales and marketing.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dhivehi
• Able to work long and / or on odd hours
• Pleasant and well-disciplined personality
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office packages
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including irregular hours to travel outside station to meet current and potential.
• Possession of Solid networking, marketing, and negotiation skills.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to retain existing customers and build new customer base. Responsible to maintain, build, promote and sustain long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs, collaborating with them and anticipating/exploring new opportunities.
• Responsible to ensure, grow and maintain brand and values. Review and assess customer complaints and take/initiate appropriate and necessary measures/steps for corrective action.
• Responsible to review contract and/or nomination of the client before taking that activity in hand and in case no, the reasons and justification for the same.
• Responsible to update management on progress of the overall sales/revenue/collection and any other issues on daily/regular basis.
• Tracking the growth and the progress of the leads who are assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with the logistics team and station manager to ensure that clients receive their products on time.
• Handling the queries and clearing the doubts of the clients and customers in a precise and concise manner.
• Developing and implementing sale, marketing plans.

 

Salary: Negotiable
