Assist in generating new leads and building relationships with employers and clients.
Support marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote agency services.
Manage social media accounts, prepare content, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain client databases and follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals.
Assist in preparing presentations, company profiles, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
Provide administrative support to the sales and consultancy team as required.

Strong communication skills in English (Dhivehi is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of HR, recruitment, or business consultancy services preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
