Responsibility

• Assisting in gathering training needs and feedback from staff and departments.
• Supporting coordination of both local and international training programs and workshops.
• Liaising with training providers and help organize internal training logistics and communications.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required

• Advanced Certificate or Certificate 04 in Human Resources.
• Or Completion of GCE O'Level/A'Level/or Certificate 3 in Human Resources with 02 years experience in a related field.
• Completion of Grade 10 with 03 years experience in a related field.

Salary and Allowances

MVR 9,400 – MVR 12,400
