General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline and/or more than 2 years’ experience in similar field preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and Marketing Software (e.g. CRM)
Excellent skills with design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Adobe
Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign).
Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Job Specification
Assist to develop the consumer-oriented and content strategy to deliver omni-channel communications campaigns which address key business, consumer segment and brand needs.
Assist to translate brand direction across multiple formats into compelling, creative and brand appropriate solutions.
Assist in the deployment of creative content and communication campaigns to maximize reach and improve ROI.
Assist to create content and communications calendar that is aligned to the annual marketing calendar.
Identifies, partners with/curate unique opportunities and events to profile our services in an experiential way to generate exposure for the brand.
Assist to prepare media plans and draft stories/narrative/press releases to address communication priorities and achieve desired brand positioning.
Assist to develop and prepare press releases, presentations, speeches and regular media content.
Support to develop and prepare video and animation content.
Assist to manage and oversee all digital marketing channels (social media, website, etc.), including SEO strategy and paid media strategy and execution.
Assist to implement the overall digital marketing strategy, managing and driving improvements in the corporate website, guest portal and applications.
Assist to manage the content marketing and communications budget to deliver the business KPIs with effective ROI, and according to company principles.
Assist to maintain branding guidelines in corporate content and communication.
Assist to record and analyze data to track progress against key metrics and prepare relevant reports.
Stay updated of industry trends and implement best practices.
Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing.
