Daily Allowance of MVR 175 and Food Allowance of MVR 100 for each day attended to work.
Job Description
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field out of which, 2 years of experience in supervisory or management role.
Manage reservations, provide service to CIP lounge visitors, maintain air cargo service on a regular basis and manage check-in and check-out of the guest house users.
Collect and log the information of CIP lounge users from resorts, direct walk-in (cash sales), free of charge users and records of credit sales in accordance to company accounting and finance SOPs.
Collect and log the information of Cargo Service and Guest House users from resorts, direct walk-in (cash sales), free of charge users and records of credit sales in accordance to company accounting and finance SOPs.
Actively involved in Marketing and Sales to add new customers with the advice of the HOD.
Ensure the Standard of cleanliness and service are maintained.
Complete the trainings required through workshops, awareness sessions and other trainings to maintain the standards required in the performance of duties at the airport.
Respect and follow the company rules, while maintaining the standard of work ethics in accordance with the Airport rules, procedures, SOPs and manuals.
Should be available to work in shifts.
Maintain the records of customers and report to the respective HODs who use the VIP/VVIP and guest house.
Maintain the Stock required for the services.
Make the duty schedule for lounge staff.
Coordinate with staff about available seating options.
Receive payments by cash and issue receipts.
Prepare monthly reports as needed.
