Responsibilities:
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues for employees, encompassing desktops, laptops, printers, and various IT equipment.
- Demonstrated expertise in installing and configuring hardware and software to ensure seamless usability for end-users.
- Competent in managing user accounts and permissions, including the ability to set up new users and make necessary modifications to access rights.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and swiftly resolving issues related to network connectivity, internet access, and email services.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with IT team members and other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience in effectively managing and maintaining an inventory of IT equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and organization.
- Proficient in logging and efficiently handling IT support issues and requests, tracking their progress from initiation through resolution.
- Capable of identifying and addressing any deficiencies in IT systems or tools and recommending suitable upgrades or replacements to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Competence in implementing and maintaining essential security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and other safeguards, to protect IT systems from potential threats.
- Willingness to provide support and assistance to senior IT officers in completing assigned tasks as needed.
- Flexibility to undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time to contribute to the overall effectiveness of the IT department.
Requirements:
- Ability to assemble and disassemble full computer systems and laptops.
- Able to troubleshoot software faults in PC, Laptops and Macs.
- Able to troubleshoot hardware faults in PC's and Laptops.
- Knowledge in networking and printer troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in finding solutions for various technical issues.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Energetic & friendly personality.
- Punctual & ability to follow deadlines.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours.
- Should be able to travel outside male’.
Other Requirements
- Driving License ( required )
- Own Motor Bike
- 3 years experience in a related field
- Age 21+
- Gender (No Gender Preference)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field with 3+ years of experience or
- 6+ years of experience in IT or related field.
Working Hours
- Sunday to Thursday - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Saturday - 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Friday - Closed
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: MVR 12,000 - 16,000 (Depending on experience & qualification)
- Overtime allowance as per company policy
