Job Description

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business or any equivalent degree
• Professional qualification ACCA/ CIMA
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Payroll, Finance or related field
• Problem Solving Skills
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills

 

Job Specification

• Monitor accurate processing of employee related payments (Ticket, Recruitment, Income Tax, Credit Schemes, Pension, etc.)
• Manage payroll computation
• Competent with new legislation affecting payroll
• Maintain all payroll information and records in accordance with statutory requirements and support internal and external audits
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in timely manner
• Carry out day-to-day operations Accounts Payable Department
• Keep track of all the payments and expenses of the company
• Establish, maintain and reconcile accounts payable, general ledger and bank transactions
• Maintain and update records and information in the accounting system and carry out system
  reconciliation
