Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Dive Guide to join our luxury liveaboard team in the captivating Maldives. This pivotal role involves ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests throughout their voyage. 

Requirements: 

• PADI certified dive master or higher, with an active status 
• Minimum of 3 year of professional dive work experience 
• Guest-oriented mindset 
• Maintain certifications in first aid, CPR, and other relevant emergency response procedures 
• Be physically fit and agile to perform the duties associated with diving, including assisting guests in and out of the water. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and conduct diving activities to provide guests with an exceptional experience 
• Ensure that diving equipment is in proper working condition and conduct regular checks to prevent malfunctions. 
• Ensure the proper operation of the boat, prioritizing safety at all times 
• Demonstrate a sales-oriented approach to promote diving packages and services 
• Uphold a positive and guest-friendly demeanor
