Job Description

MSE is looking to hire for the below mentioned vacancy.

Core Responsibilities
1. Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including potential listings for the Main Market and private issuances.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the business's products and services.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to explore local and international business opportunities.
- Use Excel to analyze market trends and financial data to make informed decisions.
- Develop financial models and forecasts in Excel to support business growth.

2. Public Relations & Communications:
- Assist in managing communications with regulators, government agencies, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with market policies and regulations.
- Support the development and execution of PR strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Maldives Stock Exchange both locally and internationally.
- Contribute to the creation of media content and maintain relationships with media to promote the Exchange’s activities and initiatives.
- Help build and maintain partnerships with global financial institutions and exchanges to increase cross-border awareness and investment opportunities.
- Assist in developing public awareness campaigns and educational programs to promote market literacy and engagement.

3. Ancillary Services:
- Provide strategic support in managing client relations for AGM services, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
- Support event management for AGMs, assisting in coordination, promotion, and follow-up activities.
- Use Excel to organize and manage data related to registry services, track key metrics, and ensure accurate reporting for smooth operations.

4. Operational Support:
- Provide administrative support for daily trading and settlement functions, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with general customer relations, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information on company services.
