We are seeking one (1) Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base. This position offers you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in business development within the cybersecurity sector, build valuable relationships, and play a key role in achieving the company's sales targets in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Manage the overall sales process, including identifying, qualifying, and closing deals.
• Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the delivery team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
• Drive revenue growth and actively work to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Contribute to achieving the company's sales targets in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Create proposals/SOWs from templates and handle pricing/negotiation.
• Continuously develop expertise in business development within the cybersecurity sector.
A formal college degree is not required. Your skills, experience, and willingness to learn with a growth mindset matter most. We are looking for people with following knowledge, skills and abilities:
• 1–2 years in B2B sales (preferebly IT/cybersecurity) or proven full-cycle BD track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication in both Dhivehi & English.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and events.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity services or willingness and curiosity to learn.
• Organized, number-driven, and proactive.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Nice to Have:
• Experience with tenders/RFPs in Maldives public sector.
• Prior work with distributors/vendors in APAC or Maldives.
• Salary is negotiable based on qualification and experience.
