Job Description

Crowe Maldives LLP is hiring one (1) Senior Associate, Accounting to join our growing team. The role involves managing outsourced accounting engagements, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, and coordinating with clients to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. The Senior Associate will work closely with managers and directors to maintain service quality, support client onboarding, and contribute to process improvements and team development.

Key Resoonsibilities
  • Manage delivery of outsourced accounting and tax services for assigned clients
  • Assess client requirements and design accounting and tax service solutions tailored to business needs
  • Provide practical accounting solutions and recommendations to address client issues and improve processes
  • Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end closing
  • Review financial records, management accounts, and tax computations for accuracy and quality
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Support and deliver client training on accounting processes, systems, and reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Experience in supervising staff and reviewing accounting work

  • Ability to understand, adapt to, and work with different accounting software and ERP systems

Additional Information
  • Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
  • Working Hours: 08:00 – 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
