Job Description

Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Supervisor for our RO (Reverse Osmosis) Plant. In this leadership role, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of water purification systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient performance of the plant, supervising a team of technicians, and ensuring the highest water quality standards are met.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing and customizing RO systems based on specific water quality needs.
- Install new RO units and integrate them with existing water infrastructure.
- Assemble, calibrate, and set up components like pumps, membranes, filters, and control systems.
- Oversee daily RO plant operations, manage technicians, assign tasks, and train staff in system troubleshooting.
- Monitor water quality, pressure, and flow, ensuring efficient system performance and consistent water production.
- Manage routine maintenance and advanced troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Recommend and implement system upgrades for efficiency and cost-saving improvements.
- Test water quality and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain operational records and prepare performance reports.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Proven experience working in a senior or supervisory role within an RO plant or water treatment facility.
- Expertise in RO system installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and develop a technical team.
- Proficiency in water quality testing and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Technical certifications related to water treatment systems are a plus.
