Job Description

General Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ work experience in the field
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit to endure long working hours
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

  • Ensure that all issues/ incidents are logged in the system
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Inspects area of duty for compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and standard and takes corrective action when violation occurs
  • Complies with departmental Quality Management & Patient Safety initiatives (Quality Environment Safety & Health management systems, Hospital Accreditation, Patient Safety Goals, quality indicators, quality improvement, internal Audits and ensures that the system is maintained at all times
  • Helps to develop a culture of high quality, safety, cost effectiveness, efficiency and efficacy of patient care
