Coordinate, plan, organize and supervise all aspects of operation in the Hotel's Security Department for the security and safery of its property, employees and guests
Develop and implement a strategy that demonstrates the processes in understanding the nature of probability of catastrophic and significant security risk events
Detail plans to prevent and prepare for an adverse event and cover continuity of business operations
We are looking for someone who:
Certified Security Professional
Ex-armed forces staff or police personnel
Preferably with at least two (2) years experience as Security Manager in a hotel
Experience working in a remote location is considered an advantage
Effective interpersonal skills
Result-oriented
Customer service oriented
