Job Description

1. Previous work experience will be an added advantage
2. Ability to maintain a strong relationship with customers
3. Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, POS Systems, and related software
4. Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
5. Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
7. Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
8. Excellent time keeping and attendance record
9. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently
10. Cycle drivers license required
11. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
12. Maintain accurate records of purchases and file invoices daily and/or weekly
13. Able to work shift-duty or full-time (if required)
