Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends

Requirements:
For Executive: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
For Manager: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
