Job Description

POST: Sales & Marketing Executive

Corevia Maldives is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our sales and marketing initiatives. A strong background in sales within the Food & Beverage industry is essential, along with a passion for achieving targets, driving growth, and enhancing brand visibility.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the F&B sector.
Collaborate with management to develop and refine sales strategies.
Collaborate with team in designing and executing promotional campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Analyse sales and marketing data to measure the success of campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategic adjustments.
Maintain detailed reports on sales activities, including meetings, deals, and pipeline updates.
Actively participate in PR, Sales, and Marketing initiatives.
Prepare PR content and lead media-related activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum GCE O/L qualification.
Proven experience in Sales & Marketing within the Food Industry.
Basic multimedia design skills (advantageous).
Solid understanding of food and industrial equipment/processes.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with multimedia and design software.

Remuneration: MVR 10,000 – 13,000 per month
