RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Account-wise potential mapping to analyze the sales opportunities.
• Strategic selling with the help of sales planning and sales analysis.
• Meeting customers and sharing the features and benefits of the products.
• Customer-wise profiling to ensure a customer-centric approach to selling.
• Account-wise secondary tracking and sales planning.
• Preparation of sales proposal and Tender/quotation documents.
• Provide market feedback and competitor activities.
• Handle and document customer complaints according to company procedures.
• Attend sales meetings, national/international medical events like conferences, workshops, etc.
• Accomplishing all the official documents, reports, feedback, etc within the set time frame.
• Involving customers through the educational workshops, observer ship, conferences,s, etc.
• Develops and maintains high-impact relationships with key customers in the region to protect and grow business.
• Actively seek opportunities to convert competitor business.
• Open to carrying out additional responsibilities given by the management.

• Has both strategic and tactical capabilities, can analyze the market, competitors , and company strengths and weaknesses, create winning sales strategies, be hands and help execution at a detailed level.
• Good financial acumen.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduation in a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
(preferably in laboratory diagnostic products).
SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
