We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with FMCG experience to join our team!
Develop, strategize, and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities in the FMCG sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers
Work towards achieving higher levels of customer satisfaction
Prepare timely and accurate sales reports
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the FMCG sector
Excellent interpersonal skills; confident, proactive, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong computer skills (proficiency in MS Office)
