Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Inventory Officer to support our wholesale operations by managing sales coordination and inventory control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, supporting sales activities, and ensuring efficient inventory movement to meet customer and business requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales operations and coordinate order processing
• Monitor stock levels and assist in planning optimum inventory levels
• Coordinate with staff to locate, retrieve, and dispatch items efficiently
• Analyse sales data and inventory trends to support purchasing and stock planning
• Assist in preparing sales and inventory reports for management
• Ensure proper documentation and filing related to sales and inventory
• Provide general administrative support related to sales and stock control
