Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for on premise sales for accounts scatted in many different Atolls in the Maldives.
The position will be required to travel frequently.
Achieving set targets, monitor distribution, constantly increase market share are the core job functions of the position.
Selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, and distributing FMCG Products to the Maldivian Atoll market.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Previous experience in selling FMCG products would be an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory.
Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment.
Must be adaptive to change within the organization and the industry.
Results oriented, innovative, strong problem solving, and negotiation skills is required.
Must be willing to work long hours as the job demands to do so.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office are mandatory.
Display integrity, character, and strong leadership skills.
